Green Awards
Singapore BCA Green Mark
To date, our parent company, Keppel Land, has garnered 65 BCA Green Mark awards in its portfolio including the Ocean Financial Centre (the first office building in Singapore’s CBD to attain the highest accolade of Green Mark Platinum Award, and the prestigious Platinum Level LEED-CS pre-certification).
In China we have already attained BCA Green Mark Gold Awards for 15 development projects, with another 4 development projects pre-certified for BCA Green Mark Gold Awards and 1 development project pre-certified for BCA Green Mark Platium Awards. There are 2 more development projects in the pipeline planning to apply for BCA Green Mark Gold Awards and 1 more development project planning to apply for BCA Green Mark Platium Awards,4 development projects for China Green 2 star design Logo.
In addition, 3 other development projects in China have obtained BCA Green Mark Certified Awards and another 1 development projects pre-certified for BCA Green Mark Certified Awards.

While creating great places for golfers to play golf, we care about the natural environment and wildlife habitats by preserving the natural heritage of the game of golf, and minimizing potentially harmful impacts to the environment in golf operations. To date, two of our golf courses have attained Audubon International Classis Sanctuary.
- Our Tianjin Pearl Peach International Country Club is the first in the world to be certified Audubon International Classic Sanctuary (2009).
- In 2010, our Spring City Golf and Lake Resort in Kunming is the fourth in the world to achieve Certified Audubon International Classic Sanctuary.
